I have a question for my loyal friends/fans who put up with my frequent radio-silence. I'm going to post one photo per day on my Browncoat Photography page with a full edit. What I would like to know is...what kind of photo do you want to see? I want to get back into editing my own personal photos and make it a regular part of my routine. So. Flowers? Forest? Coast? Portraits? Footprints? Scenery? Shadows? Bridges? If I have it, I'll edit it. If I don't, then I'll get out there and photograph it.

Day 5 (one day late) - White and red rose 9.6.14: Here is another photo I took at the Rose Gardens. There's so much variety every time I go there that I can stay for hours. It's one of my favorite places to find quiet and solitude (especially early in the morning before the crowds start showing up).

Photo 2a: This is an edit of the same rose below that I blurred the clarity and softened the vibrance and saturation a little while slightly increasing the exposure and contrast. It's fun to be able to come up with such dramatic variety from one original shot.
