Let me lovingly clear something up really quick.

If you're afraid of feeling stiff, weird, or like a human coat rack in photos--that's not a YOU problem.

It’s a direction problem.

Most women I work with tell me the same thing before we shoot:

“I’m not photogenic.”

“I never know what to do with my hands.”

“I look fine in real life and insane on camera.”

And 99% of the time?
They’ve only ever been told some version of “Just be natural!” when having their photos taken. Which is… wildly unhelpful when a lens is pointed directly at your face.

Good headshots aren’t about being confident before the camera.

They’re about having someone who knows how to pull confidence out of you while you’re in front of it.

And if this describes you in any way--you already know someone like that (just saying).
