You may think cute but it’s actually dangerous!

Attention to my client, not my clients, my friends, and other photographers!

Every year I get several requests to shoot set ups of babies in Christmas lights. Every year I try and educate my clients as to why I do NOT do this shot. It's not worth risking the safety of baby for a "cute" shot. Pintrest is amazing for so many things but it's likely when searching for this type of shot you won't find any professional images of it being done. Why?? Because as a professional it's our job to put your baby's safety at #1 and to be honest I don't want to risk my business either! So be smart and just say no to this type of image! Battery operated or not there is still power running through that wire and baby could still get hurt! I offer beautiful alternatives to this! There are so many cute photos to do of your baby that doesn't involve something that could hurt them! Be smart this season! Happy Holidays everyone!

It’s been an incredibly long time since I posted! Things have finally started settling down a little bit since moving to Oregon and growing our family.
Our little guy Colton was born the beginning of June and is just as sweet as can be. ❤️
