"Love is a powerful thing. Funny how losing yourself can make your world fall apart. Finding yourself and learning to love yourself again is vital. I'm in the process of becoming the best version of myself. So much has changed in my world, and I've had to change with it. I am not who I was 5 years ago. I not who I was last year. Moving forward in life when depression and anxiety take over can feel impossible at times, but I can't watch the world pass by forever.

But it's okay for a minute. It's nice, to watch the world pass by, on a beautiful mountain top. It's okay to step back for some self care, to not worry for a few minutes, give yourself a hug and breathe in some fresh mountain air. Being consumed by nature is where I find my soul blooming with happiness and self love." 🖤🌲🏔

If you're feeling down, you're not alone. Find what makes you happy, and get lost in it for a few, and love yourself deeply. ❤️
