🚨EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY🚨
I will no longer be posting identifiable images of children on my photography page, regardless of a signed photo release.
The 7th Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that privately possessing AI-generated CSAM depicting “fictional” children can be constitutionally protected when it stays within the home.
The majority of my photoshoots are of adults, however, I have in the past and hope to continue, having photoshoots of families and children.
To my clients, past, present, and future: your children are safe with me, I will protect your children as if they were my own. I will not be part of the problem and will never put your child in harm's way.
Its incredibly sad this even has to be an issue in the first place, and honestly I'm absolutely disgusted in our government over this matter.
But rest assured, identifiable photos of your children will no longer be posted on my photography page, and if you decide you don't want ANY photos including your children, even if they are unidentifiable in those photos (ex. little baby feet, or a close up of holding your child's hand, a photo only showing the back of them with no faces, ect) then those photos will not be shared either. I will ALWAYS get your permission to sharing your photos on social media, whether they're of your children, or of adults.
With all my love,
