I wasn't expecting to leave that shoot thinking about my OWN body. It's just a beauty business, right? But watching clients come in and out .. .. I kept catching myself thinking about the stuff we don't say out loud. How you suck it in for pictures. Skip the outfit you actually liked. Avoid mirrors on certain days. Nobody talks about that. But it's real.

Then I found out she's got a full gym set up inside the premises too. Like this isn't just "come get a treatment and leave." Clients actually have a whole space to keep showing up for themselves after.

And by the end of the day I wasn't just filming it I was booking my own session. That's how you know something's different. You watch it happen to other people and suddenly you want it for yourself too.

This isn't just "shaping" bodies. It's giving people back something they didn't even realize they'd stopped expecting to feel confidence, walking out standing a little taller than you walked in.
