I always get asked: “What time should my ceremony start?” I love this question because ceremony timing matters more than most people realize.

Short answer? 2–3 hours before sunset

Long answer… it depends on lighting, season, first look vs. no first look, travel time, and how you want the overall flow of your day.

Thinking about bringing your fur baby to your senior session? Here are my favorite tips:

🍩 Bring treats
🦮 Neutral-colored leash
🐶 Bring a friend to dog-sit (so we can grab some solo shots of you too!)
🚮 Clean-up bags because… real life
🎾 Arrive early for a little walk before photos

✨ GEORGIA ✨ my beautiful, determined, kind, confident QUEEN!!!

One of my favorite parts of the KZP Senior Experience is taking time to truly get to know my seniors before their session — what lights them up, where they feel most at home, and the places that mean the most to them.

We kicked things off at the ball field, wandered through downtown Goldsboro to one of the cutest local coffee shops, and finished the evening strolling the streets near her home!!

Georgia, getting to document this season of your life was such an honor. I know you will do big things!!
