My name is Racheal. I am the oldest of 7 sisters.

I minored in photography in college (when it was still film and darkrooms) and graduated from New York's Fashion Institute of Technology in 1992. About 5 years ago my younger sister Jennifer(21 years younger) and I started our small business. Although her journey has gone in a different direction, I have pursued my passion. She still does the behind the scenes work (ads, editing, and fantasy edit

s) I love photography, all of it. I do everything from still life's, to pets, to newborns, to weddings. I have placed in top 10% in Shoot and Share two years in a row in the categories of children and couples. I have had backdrop companies use my images to feature their product. I also have head several published portraits in various magazines. This year I have decided that I really want to put myself out there and grow my business...and although Photography Sisters grew from me and my sisters, I really love the idea of promoting the other "sisters"...the women driven businesses that help create my props, or that I collaborate with, or are my second shooters, or just support and promote their businesses as well.
