These two are clearly made for each other and I adore it when couples can relax, let loose, laugh, and have fun with the one they love. Already looking forward to their sweet Lafayette wedding day next Fall 🍁

There’s something so incredibly special about a mom helping her daughter get ready to walk down the aisle 🥹

For me, it’s the little adjustments, the final touches, the happy tears, and every emotion in between. After years of helping her get ready for so many life milestones, there’s something extra special about being there to help her into her wedding dress.

It’s a core memory they’ll both remember forever, captured forever in sweet photographs 🤍

Ashleigh & John are truly two of the sweetest, gentlest souls I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. From their engagement session to bridals and finally their wedding day, it has been such a joy to be a part of every step of their journey.

You could truly see and feel the love these two have! Not only for each other but for their friends and big, beautiful families as well. Their August wedding day in Covington and Mandeville was filled with SO much joy, laughter, and love! It was truly the perfect reflection of who they are.

(And what better way to end a Louisiana wedding day than with a little late-night beignet treat?!)

Finally Mrs. Price 🤍

Ashleigh is one of the kindest, gentlest souls I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting (and not to mention, she’s incredibly photogenic!) Every time she’s stepped in front of my camera, from her engagement to this bridal session and her recent wedding day, it’s been such a JOY. It’s always a little bittersweet when a wedding journey comes to an end, but I’m so excited for her and John as they begin this new chapter together. Congratulations on the new title of “Wife” ✨

Ashton & Kaleb win my “most easygoing couple” award 🤍

No matter what the day threw their way, they rolled with it! When there was a possible pop-up storm during wedding party photo, we easily switched locations. The local “Frida Fest” happening next to the church? They embraced the moment! As the happy couple walked out of the ceremony, the festival crowd cheered them on! They even announced them as newlyweds and crowned Ashton with flowers 🌸

(In the words of the bride: “What a side quest!”)

I love couples who remember what the day is truly about. They didn’t let the unexpected steal their joy! They were simply excited to marry each other. And because of that, every moment felt effortless and full of life. Congratulations Mr. & Mrs. Allen!

Finally Mrs. Allen 🤍

From her engagement and this bridal session to her wedding day, it has been such a joy getting to photograph every chapter of Ashton’s story. She is the definition of genuine - kind, joyful, and so easy to be around!

I also can’t get over the subtle pink detailing on her gown. It complemented her color palette so beautifully and added the sweetest romantic touch.

Getting to walk alongside my couples through every highlight of the wedding season is one of my favorite part of this job. By the time the wedding arrives, it feels like celebrating friends.

It’s always a little bittersweet when a wedding journey comes to an end, but I’m so thankful I got to be a small part of the story. Congratulations to the newest bride ✨
