Bristol was like the energizer bunny....just kept going and going and going. This cutie had so much energy, we could not settle her down.

I was asked to come photograph an accomplishment at the Midland County Fair, MI yesterday and I had some time to spare afterward, so I went in the barns and looked at the animals. I took a moment to pause throughout all of the chaos in life.

As I was watching some of the horses, I happened to notice the incredible muscles in one of their jaws while they were eating.

I took a few photos of a couple of the horses muscles like this, then asked a couple of the young ladies if they were their horses and struck up a small conversation.

The gal told me about how she had noticed the muscles above the eye when they were eating and how she had never noticed it until recently even though she's had horses for many years.

If you have a chance, go down to the fair and support these 4Hers. They put a lot of hard work into them. Encourage them, talk with them and show them their hard work is really appreciated.

I wanted to show you just these couple of the muscles, but I do have more photos I'll try to get to sometime down the road soon ;)

There are times I do things for free because it sparks my creativity. This is one of them. Plus Dustin is just a genuinely nice guy I know and has worked super hard at Building The Myth

Yes, it was still a lot of work and I was a bit stiff the next day from photographing for 12 hours, but I had complete freedom throughout the whole thing.

I ended up meeting some super nice people and I had a wonderful time!
