Love this cloud goddess concept I was able to collaborate with on at Shutterfest this year!

I've been leaning more into fantasy and fine art concepts so I was excited and happy with how well this came together. This amazing backdrop from and the new .usa 50mm f1.4 on my Nikon Z8 made it all possible along with the masterful modeling from Ally!

Where to even start? I could write a novel on what this image and these two amazing women mean to me after our week together. Suffice it to say that these relationships are the reason I love doing this. I will forever be grateful for all that has come from meeting Felicia and Jessica and I can't wait for the rest of our story to come. Love y'all!

Stopped into Target for some protein and this beautiful Round Rock Fire Department truck caught my eye so I took some film photos. Taken on my Nikon FM2 with 50mm f1.4 on Kodak Ultramax 400. Thanks fellas for letting me grab your photo at the end!

For the past couple weeks I've had the opportunity thanks to .official .usa to test the Viltrox 28mm f4.5 chip lens for Nikon Z mount on both my Nikon Z8 and Nikon Z6II.

As a bodycap style lens it really excels at keeping your camera setup light and portable and I found it really great for street and slice of life photos. I took it with me on a walk around The Pearl in San Antonio as well as Jetty Park in Matagorda. The fixed f4.5 aperture is very usable in varying conditions and really challenges you creatively to build interesting compositions.

This one is going to replace my body cap and go with me everywhere.
