It’s been a minute since I’ve been active with my photography social media. I’ve still been taking photos but just not sharing as much as I should. Anyways, I’m still booking graduation, family, and engagement sessions for the rest of the year! Please go check out my new website and please share it really helps!! I just wrapped up the website that I actually purchased the domain for 2 years ago. It took a while to build a portfolio that fit the look of the new website.

The biggest congratulations to the McLeans!! I cannot explain how grateful I am that they chose me to be their wedding photographer. It has been so great getting to know these two over the past year. Every photo shoot was entertaining to say the least. They constantly trusted me even when the pose wasn't quite clicking or the weather looked questionable or when I'd make them redo an entire pose list just because the lighting got a bit better. May all the years of your future be filled with love and joy! Thank you again for letting me be a part of your special day! I'm already volunteering to take your anniversary pictures and Christmas card photos from here on out!!

I’m so glad that this session was graced with beautiful sunlight and unsolicited marriage advice for the happy couple!

I’ve been trying to capture new locations around Michigan and I was so glad to finally cross Belle Isle off the list! I tried to go to Belle Isle last spring but with poor planning on my part, I tried to go during the Belle Isle Grand Prix. I love when couples open are open to traveling to different locations.

Doing a photoshoot with Madilyn and Travis is always full of laughs and great conversation! In the last session I did with them, Travis was already an expert at posing. This time around he’s gotten so advanced at posing that he started suggesting poses! It was too funny and I always appreciate the suggestions!

Can’t wait to photograph their big day this fall!! So excited for them!

Do you know I do dance photos? Honestly I didn’t either until I tried!

These photos were taken last summer and I just never got around to posting them! If you’re a dancer or really have any sport you’re passionate about, it’s a great idea include your uniform or costume as one of your outfits in a senior portraits package.

So excited to be done with the semester and ready for photography to be in full swing📸

Has anyone else been swooning over Sofia Richie’s wedding this past weekend?! I just love classic and timeless weddings. Part of the reason I’ve been trying to practice film is because of its beautiful and classic appearance. Anyway, I’m hoping to see Sofia’s wedding inspire a lot of brides in the coming years. (Dying to see someone do a raindrop veil)

These pictures are from aa engagement session I did with Ashlyn and Tyler last summer. Funny enough… I did some of their engagement pictures on film but the film got doubled exposed. I was definitely working out some kinks in the system.

Their big day is coming up so soon and I can’t wait to see what a gorgeous wedding they have planned!!

Would this even be my photography if I didn’t post a ring picture? No.

It’s been a long time coming…🤩📸✨

Partially thinking about the Taylor Swift tour when I wrote this.. also it’s been a long time since I’ve posted but I’m super excited to kick off this photography season!

Got to spend the first golden hour of the season with a great couple! It doesn’t feel like it was that long ago that I was in a high school class with Ivy Kowalski and Ryley and now they’re engaged! It’s this kind of thing that reminds me that I am indeed an adult and no longer in high school😂 But anyways, congrats on your engagement, super happy for you guys!!

Not only was this a little engagement session but it was also a graduation session. Lots of big things happening for them! Overall a great night of pictures and conversation!

And once again… a gorgeous ring and an amazingly gorgeous ring shot!! Will I ever stop gawking over these rings shots? No.

It’s not every day you’re dancing on an empty rooftop with your best friend… but it’s also not every day you’re taking engagement pictures🌅🌅

Katie and Hunter were an awesome couple to work with to say the absolute least. They made my job so easy!! Everything from the great conversation throughout the session to their generosity to their willingness to risk the weather! I’m looking forward to working with them again for sure!

The luckiest part of the night was stumbling into this rooftop! Everything just fell right into place once we got up there. The location seamlessly flowed into their aesthetic and personality as a couple. I truly don’t think there was a better way to represent them as a couple!

And once again… a gorgeous ring and an amazingly gorgeous ring shot!! I can’t get enough of these pictures!!

Laughs and smiles like this are levels above everything else💙💙

I loved working with Madilyn and Travis, they were such a sweet couple and the posing was smooth with them! Travis was definitely an advanced poser, which is always appreciated!!😂

Now that I’ve started taking pictures in open fields, I will probably never go back to any other location. The lighting here is just so gorgeous that I can’t help but take clients there!

Also we need to take a moment for that RING SHOT!!! I’m always nervous taking a client’s ring and I always ask them how much they trust me😬😬

You can never go wrong when you mix sequins and sunlight✨✨

This was my first quinceañera portrait session and wow… it was so much fun to take pictures of this amazing dress. I still can’t get over how gorgeous her long hair was😦😦 The amount of time they put into curling it was astonishing.

In less than two weeks, it is a big day of celebration for Natalia and I can’t wait to photograph the entire day!!

When I was in Alabama at a styled shoot, I got a chance to talk to Tomas of .ph0tography and he has done a handful of gorgeous quinceañera portraits. I would just like to thank him again for the inspiration behind a few of these images and the great advice he gave me!
