I know it’s been a while since you’ve heard from me, but I am getting back into the swing of things now that spring is approaching!

I’ve been asked a few times if I’m offering motherhood minis or spring minis this year, so I’m here to gauge your interest before I book the studio.

I would need at least 8-10 sign ups to make it happen, so let me know below if you’re interested!

Hi everyone!

I know you haven't seen or heard from me in a while and I wanted to hop on here and let you know that I'm still around.

For those of you who don't know, my great grandmother was diagnosed with brain cancer a few months ago. She passed on September 15, early in the morning, peacefully at home. She was my very best friend

I have spent the last few months preparing for her death and have been very quiet on social media because of it.

I am still grieving and trying my best to keep up with editing and delivering galleries in a timely manner.

Thank you so much for being patient while I balance my grief with my ability to work.

The time will come where I am able to post my backlog of sessions, but my priority is delivering galleries, so I will be focused on that for a while longer.

I'd like to take this time to let you all know that I will not be offering holiday mini sessions this year either. To be honest and vulnerable, I do not have it in me this year to plan, decorate, organize, or execute mini sessions. I want to always provide you with the best experience and I do not think I am able to do that this year. These are something I look forward to and I know you do as well, but in this season, I need to slow down and that means letting go of some things. This is not forever, at least I do not plan for that to be the case.

I do have a limited amount of time this year to take sessions before the holidays for you to use for holiday cards, though. So if that is something you are interested in, please reach out.

Thank you all in advance for your kindness and understanding. I care deeply for the work I do and the clients I am able to photograph, so I want you to know that I am still here and would love to photograph your beautiful memories.

Cait + Scott

I am so excited to share these maternity pictures with you all! Cait and Scott have been coming to me for years now and I have had a little backseat view of all the great things they've accomplished separately and together. They are both incredible people with a lot of drive and even bigger hearts. When they told me they'd be having a baby girl, I couldn't have been happier! I just know she's going to be the sweetest little thing. They are going to make phenomenal parents and I cannot wait to watch it unfold.

Kyra + Jacqueline

A beautiful elopement in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan with the two most wonderful brides I could ever dream of!

Kyra and I met back in 2011 (I think!) at college when we sang together in a choir. We quickly became friends and have carried that friendship for 14 years.

I truly cannot say enough about Kyra. She is talented, kind hearted, compassionate, and so much more. Her hugs can heal you and her singing and acting skills are out of this world. My son was lucky enough to be in a production of Fun Home with her a couple of years ago and it was one of the most moving musicals I have ever seen, with Kyra right at the center. She knows how to be a great friend, with comfort and love presented at every turn.

Jacqueline is her perfect match. Witty and incredibly smart, willing to go to the ends of the Earth for her wife. Jacq is hard working and so much fun to be around. She makes you feel like you've known her your whole life, and will most certainly make sure you've tested your well haha She is the best partner for Kyra that I could have ever envisioned.

Together, they've created a beautiful life, full of love and a whole lot of pets. It has been such a joy to watch them grow together and being able to witness their wedding was one of the greatest moments in my wedding career. I cried a little harder at this wedding and I think that's okay. It was perfectly curated for them and they were surrounded by their closest friends and family, which made this intimate ceremony even more special.

To Kyra and Jacq, I just want to say thank you for trusting me to photograph your day. I know it was many years in the making and I can confidently say I wouldn't have wanted to be anywhere else. It was well worth the 6.5 hour drive. I am so beyond happy for the two of you to start this chapter in your lives and I am grateful to have a front row seat to the story.

I love you both and words can never express my gratitude for being there for this moment in your lives.

Here's to continuing your beautiful life together 💕

Caitlin + Trevor

This was my first wedding of the season, back in April, and it was the perfect way to start the year! Caitlin and Trevor got married at the beautiful Record Box Loft and had such a wonderful day!

I've known Trevor for a long time, but when I was able to meet Caitlin, I just knew they were perfect for each other. Both foodies and beer lovers, they spend a lot of time cooking together and hanging with their two cutie pups.

Their day went so smoothly and we even had the best weather - lots of sunshine! It was so lovely to hear them share their vows and to see all those who spoke during their ceremony to celebrate their love. They even had a little tree planting portion of their ceremony, which I loved!

It was a gorgeous spring day and I consider myself lucky to be a part of it!

Okay, I'm going to need everyone to bring a little picnic to their session after these two brought pizza and had a blast sharing a slice. I love when couples can have fun and be themselves during a session. They were willing to run, jump, lay down in the cold grass and everything in between for the shots! I think all their effort made for some great engagement photos 💕

Spring Minis 2025

Sometimes, the best moments are the unplanned ones. Our spring mini sessions didn’t go exactly as scheduled—unexpected last-minute changes due to no flowers being able to arrive—but what bloomed instead was even better than we imagined. Full of laughter, love, and genuine connection, these sessions turned into something truly special. So grateful for the trust my amazing clients placed in me and for the chance to capture the beauty of their families, just as they are.

The newest addition to the Stickney family has arrived and she is just the sweetest little thing!

Gracelynn made her way into the world on February 16 and made Olivia and Caleb first time parents!

I was lucky enough to photograph their wedding a couple of years ago and now here they are with their brand new bundle of joy. I love seeing the people I’ve worked with over the years grow their families. It’s such a wonder to be able to watch people step into parenthood for the first or the fifth time. Each birth is a celebration and I am honored to capture this part of their lives.

The Taylor Family ✨

I mostly took January and February off this year with the exception of a couple of sessions, but now I'm back and ready to book! Even if we can't make outside work yet, the studio is still a fun and weather proof choice and I love the simplicity. It really makes for fun interactions and posing.

This family was so fun and you would not believe how well their kiddos participated! All smiles and laughs. It was a really fun way to start the year and it got me energized to jump back in and make some magic capturing all you beautiful people!
