When you realize how positive your thoughts are you'll NEVER THINK A NEGATIVE THOUGHT AGAIN! When was the last time you told yourself...I AM GREAT....I AM BEAUTIFUL...I CAN DO ANYTHING..... seek validation from yourself, NOT OTHERS!
