Some stories just feel like they were meant to cross your path.
Katie and Dusty traveled all the way from Tennessee to the Washington coast to elope! Somewhere between talking about our favorite national parks and watching the waves roll in, I realized we find joy in the same thing: chasing beautiful places and the memories made in them.
But what I’ll remember most wasn’t just the scenery.
It was the way Dusty looked at Katie. The quiet way he cared for her. The way they laughed together, held each other close, and made one of the wildest places in Washington feel like home.
These are the stories I love documenting, and the ones where the landscape is breathtaking, but the love somehow steals the show anyway.
Thank you two for trusting me with such a meaningful chapter of your story. I’ll never stop being grateful that this job lets me meet people like you.
