Yesterday's we stopped down the the new Curtiss Park yesterday near the Village of Hammondsport on Liberty Street to grab these photographs for the dedicationhappeningtoday!. Starting today, May 16th, 2026, from 11:00 am - 2:00 pm there will be a dedication on the new park. Stop down and check out the new park and grab yourself a free ice cream cone!

A sad message from Kathy Crossman about the recent acquisition of WVIN Bath. Thank you for your service to the Village of Bath, New York & surrounding communities.

"Today both Dave Taylor Smith and Cassandra Wilcox were let go unexpectedly from WVIN after years (38 for Dave) of giving unconditionally to our community. They have consistently supported so many events, clubs, school activities, youth sports, etc., our community has been extremely lucky to have them.

Please reach out and let them both know we support them and are eternally grateful for everything that they have given us as a community.

Who all remembers the hill climb event held in Howard New York? We had the opportunity to join in the festivities a few years before the event was shut down. Does anyone have any pictures of the hill climb while in operation?

Yesterday, May 2nd 2026 was the Grand Opening of the The Tailgate Market just outside the Village of Bath, New York on State Route 415. As you can tell, their grand opening was a huge sucess! They had vendors, bounce houses, a chance to smash cars, live music, hay rides, food trucks and more! We are always excited to see new businesses coming to thr area!
