Working on a new commission, Dog portrait. Size: 14x18" Acrylics on board. This is the first steps the dog is layer down in black washes, then (on head) the beginnings of the white washes. This painting in acrylics on board using airbrushed background then sketch and paint the subject with small brushes in black and white washes. Next I wash thinned acrylics of colors building up the colors to add depth. This painting "Cone Flowers" is 12x16" and almost done. This was painted on Wild Wednesdays at Oak Street Vintage Mall and Gifts LLC , where I Sit painting from 10am to 2pm. Come and see my next adventure!
