A little bit of family, a little bit of love, and a whole lot of sweet memories. 💙🍼

I had the sweetest time capturing this session of life for Courtney and Cory and their newest little addition. From their first family moments to all the tiny details that make this stage so special, I'm so glad I got to freeze these memories for them.

There's just something so special about documenting a family as it grows. Thank you, Courtney and Cory, for trusting me with these memories!

A little photographer appreciation post. 🤎📸

I just wanted to take a moment to share something about the photos I deliver. I spend hours editing each image to make sure it reflects the vision I have for your session. From removing little things you may not want in your pictures, to adjusting the lighting, colors, and overall mood, I put a lot of time and care into making sure every image is just right.

I completely understand that everyone has their own preferences and creative styles, and I love seeing people enjoy their photos! However, I kindly ask that you refrain from applying additional filters, editing over, or altering the images I deliver.

The edits I make are intentional. They are part of the style and feeling I want my photography to have, and they represent hours of work behind the scenes.

If there is ever something you would like changed or adjusted in your photos, please feel free to reach out to me! I would much rather have the opportunity to work with you on an edit than have you feel like you need to change it yourself.

Sweet, sassy, and one semester closer to her next chapter 🤎🍂🎓

Natalie brought the perfect mix of sweet and sassy to her senior session, and she was an absolute pleasure to work with! From the gorgeous fall colors to the cowgirl boots and all the little details that made this session so her, I had the best time capturing these memories for her. 🍁✨

And this isn’t just any senior year… Natalie is ahead of her class and graduating this December! 🎓🤍 How exciting is that?! She’s already getting a head start on her next chapter, and I’m so excited for everything that’s ahead of her.

And of course, we couldn’t leave Jayden out! 🤭 He had to jump into a few photos because every senior girl deserves a couple pictures with her favorite person, too. 🫶🏼

Natalie, thank you for trusting me to capture this special season of your life. I hope you look back on these photos years from now and remember exactly who you were at this moment. 🤎

I don’t just want to take pretty pictures. I want to give you something you can look back on years from now and feel. 🤎

The nervous laughs before you get comfortable.
The way you naturally reach for each other.
The wind messing up your hair.
The moments you didn’t even realize I was photographing.

I don’t believe you need to be “photogenic” to have beautiful photos, and I definitely don’t expect you to know how to pose. That’s my job.

What matters to me is creating a session where you can relax, be yourself, have fun, and make memories while I document them.

I’m a small-town Kansas photographer, and I genuinely believe there’s beauty in the simple things—the open fields, golden sunsets, old trees, and the people who make those places special. 🌾

So if you’re looking for perfectly posed photos that could belong to anyone, I might not be your girl.

But if you want photographs that feel like you, memories that feel real, and a photographer who will probably make you laugh along the way…

A little dirt, a little farm life, and a whole lot of love. 🤎🌾

There’s something so special about capturing a family exactly as they are — the giggles, the little adventures, the curious toddlers, and all the in-between moments that might seem ordinary now but will mean everything years from now.

From exploring the farm and meeting the chickens to playing in the grass and ending the evening by the water, this little guy had plenty to keep him busy. 🐓🌱 And while he may not remember these moments someday, his family will have these photographs to show him just how loved he was in this season of his life.

I love when sessions feel less like a photoshoot and more like a glimpse into a family’s everyday life. No perfect poses, no forced smiles. Just genuine connection, little personalities, and memories being made.

These are the moments worth holding onto. 🤎
