I took this sunset shot a few nights ago at Rock Harbor in Orleans, on Cape Cod! The clam trees and sailboat worked together as a perfect trifecta.

I will be giving in person sunset photography tours this Summer! I will pick an idyllic location for us to spend the evening taking photos either with your camera or phone: kids and families are welcome. Sunset was insane a couple nights ago in Charleston, SC! Wow 🔥🥵 I had just left Whole Foods when I saw the sky was forming mammatus clouds that began to burn. I zoomed over to the Ravenel Bridge but unfortunately only had my phone. 😕 I still got a couple of decent shots.

It's Spring on Cape Cod! The flowers are blooming and there are signs of life once again. I took this shot late Spring last year of a hazy sunset over a Yarmouthport marsh, with a picturesque boat.

This is the almost full Snow Moon from last night at Gray's Boardwalk, in Yarmouthport on Cape Cod. Everyone else is complaining about the Winter, the cold, the ice: but I'm finding a way to embrace it through photography. I actually prefer these conditions to a mild, boring, non-aesthetic Winter with only sticks to look at. Also, the frozen ground is good for Spring conditions, good for the environment, and will also kill off the tick population. This Winter is a blessing to me, and it has been beautiful! I'm good with it!

This was taken recently at Mayflower Beach in Dennis, during an inferno sunset: a double rainbow appeared on the other side. The reds were so deep and intense during this blazer. There wasn't really a great composition, so I just shot entirely over the water, but I do like the textures in the water here. ♥️♥️♥️🖤🖤🖤

This is my first time ever capturing this rare phenomenon: a sun dog (different than a sun halo!) It's a rainbow around the sun that has very specific pillars. I wish the sky had been clear from chem trails so I could have seen it a bit better but alas, it was absolutely covered with that funky, unnatural haze. It's still cool, though, because the haze mirrors the snow patterns! I put another example of a sun dog in the comments so you can see what an even more prominent one looks like. I took this at Mayflower Beach in Dennis on Cape Cod last week, the night of the Full Super Wolf Moon.
