In the Visitors & Commerce Center, our display case highlights brands and companies based on a particular theme. For the month of October, our theme is: Wedding Venues & Local Photographers!

Having the right photographer behind the camera adds to the value of the work. Natalie Hyde of Hydenwoods Photography believes just that. As a mom and grandmother herself, Hyde knows the significance of having a photo to cherish forever. As a local photographer in New Kent County, she will work with you to produce the most appeasing images for your family.

IT'S NATIONAL POPCORN DAY!!!
Do you love popcorn? Natalie sure does!! She has tried many, many different flavors at the popcorn shop, but she always comes back to her favorite....cheddar flavored! How about you? What's your favorite flavor of popcorn? And would you rather have store bought popcorn, microwave popcorn, or make it yourself the old-fashioned way...on the stove? Natalie is definitely an "on the stove" kinda gal!!!

So, our pretty little kitty, Merida, has made it her Christmas tradition to scale to the top of the Christmas tree each year! She has been doing this since her very first Christmas, and she considers herself the Queen of the Tree (and of course we do too ;) ) Does your family (or even your pet) have a special Christmas tradition? Tell me about it! I love to hear about the different special things families do at the Holidays!
