The last few days I have noticed myself slipping back into normal “I hate the world” state of mind. Yes I know it is normal to have highs & lows but I also know myself. I knew I could easily just stay in that one spot and throw away a years worth of progress or change it. Mental health is very important more than ever. I’m not sure what set me back to this point but now i will hit the reset button and keep chugging along. The rain had just slowed down. I noticed as I set outback the light changed and something was happening in the sky. I looked to my right to see a beautiful rainbow appear, I smiled and felt at peace. I looked to my left to see a nice ombré of color for a quick sunset. This small moment changed how I felt in so many ways. I need to work on getting myself out of this downward spiral. I miss adventuring through the city. I miss feeling that moment when you get that unexpected great photo on camera. And most of all I miss the weight of my camera body in my hands.
