If you’re looking for one of the best places to spend a fall weekend in Wisconsin, check out Travel Calumet! There are eight supper clubs in this one county earning it the title of “Supper Club Capital of the Midwest”.

I loved visiting the various farms, taking in the views of Lake Winnebago, and chasing the fall colors at the many parks.

Only two tables inside & everything’s homemade ❤️

Located just off Hwy 51 before you get to Minocqua is a quaint, hidden gem restaurant.

From the outside, it looks like you’re walking into someone’s house. Inside, there are only two tables and a small bar lit warmly with lamps and vintage sconces.

Instead of handing us a menu, our server listed off the three dinner items available that evening. These change depending on the day and are made from scratch. I ordered the beef soup which was SO good! They also gave us a basket of the most delicious toasted bread - I’m still thinking about it.

Reservations highly recommended and cash only.
