I bring my camera with me into the ocean at various locations off the rugged coast of Mount Desert Island and Acadia National Park. I emerge with images that invoke the feeling of what it is like to be out amongst the waves in these frigid Maine waters with the dramatic landscape of the Acadian Coast in the background. This has always been my favorite place…where the waves rise and curl just befor

e the sea meets the land. It is my hope that my photos will not only bring simple joy to the viewer, but also inspire greater love, appreciation, and stewardship of the ocean.
