4ď¸âŁ0ď¸âŁ taught me that growth isnât always graceful.
This past year has held some of the highest highs Iâve ever experienced and some of the lowest lows. Along the way, Iâve had incredible experiences and met some truly amazing peopleâpeople who have impacted my life in ways theyâll probably never fully know. It stretched me in ways I never expected and asked me to face parts of myself Iâd ignored for far too long.
There were tears. Hard conversations. Therapy with counselors I trust (yes, more than one), countless talks with friends who loved me enough to tell me the truth, and sitting in the quiet moments with God and myself.
Some of the hardest lessons werenât about other peopleâthey were about me.
I began recognizing patterns, beliefs, and habits that no longer serve the woman I want to become. Healing requires honesty, humility, and the courage to choose differently, again and again.
A huge part of that growth came from and her âLet Them Theory.â Learning to release what I canât control, let people be who they are, and focus on my own response has brought me so much peace. Itâs a lesson I carry with me every day.
Iâve learned that growth isnât a destinationâitâs a daily decision. Iâm still human. I still stumble. But those moments no longer define me. Every day is another chance to choose growth, healing, and grace.
This year reminded me that strength isnât pretending everything is okay. Itâs allowing yourself to be transformed by what youâve walked through.
So today, I celebrate more than another birthday.
I celebrate resilience.
I celebrate growth.
I celebrate healing.
I celebrate grace.
I celebrate becoming.
Hereâs to 41âto healthier relationships, deeper peace, stronger boundaries, greater joy, and a heart that continues to be shaped by love, wisdom, and Godâs grace.
The best version of me isnât behind me.
I have a feeling sheâs just getting started. â¨đ
