I haven’t been sharing my work here quite as much lately. Life has been centered around my own crew, but I had to share these moments of a VERY loved baby brother 🌙

After so many years of running a business built around art, I’ve learned that the best thing I can do as an artist is to actually live the life I’m always trying to capture. I love what I do professionally because it’s centered around the babies, siblings, and chaos that make life worth living. It’s this life that I love living.

There will always be work to share, but these sweet, and chaotic days won’t last forever. I’ve got to live them too..🕊️

Introducing the Carnes. 🕊️

She carried the memory of her dad. He carried the memory of his mom.

In one image, a small flash of light appeared between them. Some call it lens flare, others (me) a reminder of a loved one. It appeared in more than one frame, and it brought the happiest kind of goosebumps.

I’m grateful my husband and I both got to be part of it—him officiating, me behind the camera—and that we got to share it all with family.

Life is messy and beautiful, and this day was a reminder that love stays with us. Love carries us through it all.
