2023 WPIAL Champions! Congrats to the Central Catholic Basketball team as they defeated New Castle to capture the district championship complete with two slam dunks in the last minutes of the game! Always fun covering their games and their fans and look forward to covering their pursuit of a PIAA State Championship...Roll Vikes! Oakland Catholic celebrated its Class of 2022 at their traditional Baccalaureate Liturgy on Monday at St. Paul's Cathedral and will graduate tonight at Soldiers and Sailors Hall in Oakland. Such a special class of young women with extraordinary future plans! Looking forward to capturing all of the wonderful moments again tonight

Central Catholic's Baccalaureate celebration was tradition at it's best. From the gathering downstairs, to the procession into St. Paul's Cathedral of Pittsburgh, to the mass, to the music, to the celebration afterwards outside on the steps...best of luck in your future endeavors Class of 2022 and see you at commencement this Sunday at Soldiers and Sailors Hall at 11am.
