This home in Stockdale Estates wasn’t simply flipped—it was thoughtfully reimagined from top to bottom. Every finish, every material, every design choice had a purpose.

Before we even hit record, the agent had one request:
“Let’s make this feel like luxury.”

While most agents would’ve walked past the pool, Nelson Cantu was out there personally skimming leaves and making sure the water looked perfect before the first shot.

🎵 The intro from SICKO MODE gave us the perfect runway to build anticipation before the beat dropped—and from there, we treated every transition, every sequence, and every cut as an opportunity to push our creativity a little further than the last project.

🌊 Bucket list shoot... unlocked.

Getting the opportunity to film homes in downtown Pismo Beach wasn’t just another listing—it was an honor.

There’s something different about a beach town. The slower pace. The salty air. The sunsets. The vibe. You don’t just film it... you try to feel it.

The funny part? Mother Nature had other plans.

I made the trip twice hoping for that classic Central Coast sunshine. Day one... overcast. Day two... on again, off again clouds.
But that’s where experience matters.

At Flashy, we’ve learned a few tricks over the years to bring the warmth back into a scene without losing the natural feel. Because sometimes the perfect shot isn’t about waiting for perfect conditions—it’s about knowing how to create the moment.

Grateful to check another dream location off the list and tell the story of another incredible home.
