A little Sunday recap from The Grove 🤎

This week looked like clearing land, soaking in late-summer blooms, dreaming up Christmas in the tack room, and celebrating the sweetest surprise of all — a brand new baby donkey born this morning.

And on top of that, the greenhouse is officially moving forward. Deposit paid, materials ordered, and construction beginning soon. 🌿

Little by little, this place is becoming more of what we’ve dreamed it could be.

There’s just something about family photos at the Canning Barn. 🤎

Simple, relaxed and a little bit timeless — exactly the kind of setting we envisioned when we started creating photography spaces here at The Grove.

Whether it’s little ones running around, everyone piled together on the porch, or those in-between moments that end up being your favorites, this spot gives photographers so many different ways to use it.

And while the Canning Barn has quickly become one of our favorites… we’re currently working on another little photography spot nearby. 👀

The stables are getting a makeover, and we can’t wait to show you what we’re doing with them.

Mondays at The Grove 🤍

Today is a little bit of everything — the kind of day that doesn’t always make it into the pretty pictures.

The vet is coming out to check on Sassy and hopefully answer the question we’ve all been wondering… is there a baby Sassy on the way? 🐴🤎

And in between that excitement, there’s plenty of the usual — w**d eating, cleaning up around the property, and continuing to work on the stables little by little.

There is always something happening around here, and we wouldn’t have it any other way. 🌿
