🌿 Two Unique Forest Bathing Opportunities 🌿 Experience Forest Bathing with ANFT-certified guide Justine Kies at Shield Ranch.

✨ Saturday, May 10 – Try a 4-hour Forest Bathing session this spring, including a 1.5-mile walk along a tranquil creekside trail, pausing for guided mindfulness prompts and moments of reflection.

✨ October 24–26 – Return during the fall to experience Forest Bathing as part of our 2-night Creative Nature Retreat, alongside other inspiring nature-based activities for a longer restorative getaway.

Forest Bathing is a perfect invitation to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with yourself and the natural world.
