The best time for 3D/4D ultrasounds is typically between 28-32 weeks. ThaBut the best thing you can do to try to ensure the best views- WATER! The better your amniotic fluid levels, the better your photos turn out 🥰 Especially in Texas heat, staying hydrated is important in pregnancy always, but is also key to getting those clear, smooth images. 📸
