Sharing a small peek into my personal life today. I spent a week in Canada recently that consisted of long days spent in nature, hiking, climbing boulders fields, eating berries, and drinking glacier lake water. I was in my element. 🏔️🥾

These are my parents! They met on a blind date and by the end of it, my dad knew he would marry my mom. So here they are 38 years later.

Most people are posting about passionate and fiery love for V Day (which I will do tomorrow), but I want to recognize the calm and consistent love that grows in the storms. True partnership, walking down alleyways singing to oldies years later. That’s what I saw growing up with these two…calm, consistent, steady, and deep commitment. Not a flash in a pan.

Also, aren’t they cute?! 🥰
