“The Endless Summer”

The Endless Summer is an on-going project I’ve been working on over the past couple of years. It has been my way documenting the ‘coming of age’ youthfulness and freedom we experience less and less of as we transition from early to mid adulthood. At its simplest, this is a collection of photos I’ve taken of friends and strangers on my miscellaneous adventures around Texas, with the sole purpose of capturing everyone living in the moment. In a world where it feels like everyday is going to be the last day of summer, I was always looking for that last piece of nostalgia or some grand adventure to hold me over until the next year. That’s what these photos are for me, an Endless Summer.

Hi everyone! I wanted to share a little of what I have been up to since quarantine started.
I made the decision that I wanted to change my focus in photography away from just people and start taking photos of products as well. I wanted to come out of quarantine with a new skill and improve on myself, and I decided that I wanted to work on becoming more devoted to photography and work on other areas outside of portraits.
I’ve taught myself a lot during this and I’ve put a lot of hard work in over the past couple months shooting different things, but I’ve had a lot of fun and it’s an exciting new chapter for me. I hope you all enjoy some of the images I’ve created and In the future I will probably be posting more photos like these here and there so just a heads up. 😇

Photography to me has always been about telling a story or capturing a moment that makes someone feel like they were there. It’s something I’ve been chasing after for a long time but rarely ever feel like I’m able to convey correctly. I’ve definitely felt distant from photography lately and haven’t been motivated to shoot, especially with everything going on in the world. To get out last night and shoot something that I genuinely wanted to shoot and in a style that maybe isn’t as popular cool or technical as a lot of photographers I look up to and follow on here felt truly amazing and refreshing. It was a good reminder to me to surround yourself with people who share similar visions to yours and encourage to be 100% yourself.
Never a dull moment or a boring adventure with we are always smiling ear to ear and we have been chasing after this aesthetic forever! Snuck onto a roof with a bottle of wine and captured these. Hope you like them 🍷✨📸

Hi everyone! Things have been crazy in the world lately. Some of you may know I work in restaurants and bars for my primary source of income, and unfortunately all restaurants and bars have been closed down here in Texas. I am starting to LOVE shooting at night and neon colors. This shoot started as many of mine do; i spend way too long on Pinterest or google trying to find inspos and come up with a vague idea, think of a location that may or may not work, grab my camera and meet up with a model. I’m not used to shooting at night so I was expecting maybe one or two photos I’d like, but I was pleasantly surprised to see how many cool shots we got from the front of this little Mexican restaurant that we definitely thought was a pizzeria. I couldn’t decide on just a couple so here’s a bunch🙌🏻❤️
