My most recent session was at Mayfield Park. If you haven't been, it's right in the heart of the city. Downtown, beside Laguna Gloria and Mount Bonnell. Its beautiful gardens, ponds and the lovely historic cottage makes it a very requested place for family pictures. The beautiful peacocks are the soul of this park, they own this place and they'll communicate it with their loud calls and unapologetic demeanors. Usually lurking in the trees, but that morning they were down enjoying the droplets left by the mist on the wildflowers and grass. Such a beautiful experience to be able to walk around them and admire them. I totally invite you to visit and explore the trails, too!

I always enjoy connecting back with families that have hired me before. It is so refreshing to see their families grow and the changes they've overcome. Older children, new family members, new jobs or even homes. All of these little and huge variations that we don't notice or get used to through the day to day routine i's what I savor of my craft.

Being born during festive but colder days gave baby and her family the perfect reason to stay at home! She was cozy and nursed with contempt as she fell asleep in her mother's arms. White noise, excited chatter and warm AC created the perfect environment for baby to relax.
