Time for a re-introduction!! I’m Jessie 👋🏻 hi hi! I started off doing photography when I was 17 years old and was hired to photograph my first wedding 😱 I have had a camera in my hand since then, and it kinda feels like it’s just another limb at this point lol
I’ve gotten to photograph almost everything from weddings to global conferences to birth to adoption ceremonies to portrait sessions… basically just always taking photos.
I specialized as a full time bo***ir photographer several years ago, but then covid hit *right* when I became a mom (looking at you, April 2020) and it irrecoverably changed how I approached photography. I put down my camera for a while. I focused on being a parent. I built another business (hi .co ) and I took a step back.
In the last six months I’ve picked up my camera again. I’m mostly working with families now, because becoming a mother ✨changed me✨. I know how sharp and real time becomes when you see it rapidly changing your child. I know the ache of wishing for one more newborn snuggle.
So here’s my goal: I wanna help you capture the good old days. I want it to be easy. Fun. Simple. (Not just adding to the mental load).
