Somehow I’ve watched this young man grow up- but this is the first time I’ve had him in front of my camera and be is off to college. He and his family live in the other side of the Village from us and he and his sister have ridden their bikes down my street a zillion times. What a kind, smart and thoughtful young man! He heads off to Ole Miss in the fall. Best wishes in this next chapter!!

Reed and I planted a ton of seeds this spring. And this is the first harvest from the front yard. We will have fresh flowers all summer. We laugh that a bunch of flowers like this at the store is about $20/ea. not sure how long it will take to pay off. lol. In the meantime, let me know if you’re close by and bring a mason jar for some flowers!
