When this giant walked into my portrait studio, I knew right away he was going to be a fun one…the vintage Wrestlemania t-shirt was a dead giveaway! Shout out to my cousin for reminding me that I never posted the IHeart Country portraits on the grid! Starting off strong with the one and only Kane Brown, who was a DELIGHT to photograph. He was down to clown, and that man is photogenic AF. If you’ve ever heard rumors about how nice he is, believe them- he was a blast to work with!

On Thursday, March 5, 2026, my soul dog, Little Edie, crossed the rainbow bridge. My sweet girl was the absolute light of my life, and the kindest pup I could have ever dreamed of. She was my loving shadow, by my side through all of the ups and downs that the last 14 years brought- my constant companion throughout all of life’s storms and celebrations. Edie went everywhere with me, and loved to explore new places, to receive endless pets from strangers, and to sunbathe at every opportunity. Whether we were on a photo set, or trekking through the mountains- Edie was an adventurous and curious dog, who loved her life, and fought to be here as long as possible. In the end, the hemangiosarcoma won out, and Timmy and I came together to send her on her way, back to heaven where all dogs surely go. For now my heart is broken, and I pray that eventually, the grief will be replaced with joyful remembrance of my precious girl. Thank you to all who loved her so well throughout her life- she loved you just as much ❤️ I thank God for the opportunity to be her mama- it was the honor of my lifetime 🐶 (she was so perfect, even the dog emoji looks like her!) Hold on tight to your fur babies, and give them all of the love they deserve xx

19 years as of TODAY. 🥹✨

Nineteen years of doing what I love for a living- creating images, chasing light, solving visual puzzles, and somehow turning curiosity, creativity, and a camera into a career. I’m endlessly grateful that this work still excites me, challenges me, and feels like exactly what I’m meant to be doing with the talents and abilities that God has given me.

I’ve had the absolute privilege of collaborating with some of the most talented, thoughtful, hilarious, and hardworking people along the way.

To my clients: thank you for choosing me, trusting me, and inviting me into your worlds. Thank you for choosing me to bring your visions to life, for believing in my eye, and for giving me the creative freedom to make something beautiful together. That trust is everything!

It still feels a little wild that I get to make art for a living- and even wilder that I get to share beauty with the world through this work. I don’t take a single bit of it for granted (even on the long days, the chaotic sets, and the moments where I’m holding a coffee and a camera and asking myself how this all became real life).
