Capture the Color Photography Hello! I specialize in outdoor photography (although a studio is something I'll be working on in the near future).

My name is Shelby and I love photography οΏ½ I am an up-and-comer, but I've been putting a lot of work into my little photography business this past year and I'm passionate about what I do. Meet your photographer πŸ“·

Hey everyone! I figured since I have so many new faces on here, why not do an introduction post? To start off, my name is Shelby Stewart and I'm the girl behind the camera. I'm 24 years old (which usually surprises some because I still have a baby face and look like I'm fresh out of high school πŸ˜‚). I've been doing photography part-time for a few years now, but I've really been getting into it this past year. I've been taking classes and buying new equipment because I want to be the best I can! I've always been a creative person, but I struggled to find a way to incorporate that into my life until I found photography. I truly love it! Aside from photography, I currently work full time as an EDDA (Expanded Duties Dental Assistant) 🦷My hometown is Austin, IN but I just bought a house in Henryville this past summer with my high school sweetheart of (almost) 9 years, Cody Campbell. We aren't married yet but we might as well be. ❀️ He is one of my biggest supporters, and he even helps me out with pictures sometimes. We don't have any kids but we have 1 cat and 2 chinchillas (they are a big enough handful for me right now). When I'm not doing photography I'm probably either on a trail outside enjoying nature, thrift shopping, hanging out with my family or practicing another random hobby because I like to keep myself busy. As far as my personality, I'm probably one of the most easygoing and easy to get along with people you'll ever meet! I come across as quiet to some, but that's mostly because I'm a deep thinker and a daydreamer. I always try to think things through and make people happy, and I'm always thinking of new ideas! I've also been told I'm kind of goofy. πŸ˜‚ I try to make people laugh, but usually it's just unintentional and me being ditzy. I definitely wouldn't consider myself super serious, but I am passionate about what I do. I'm also super sentimental. I love constantly looking back on memories, and pictures are a super important part of that. I truly care about capturing moments in life, big and small. You never know when a picture could be all you have left of a person or a memory, and I'd love to be a part in helping capture that.
