A couple things you should know about me and the way I run my business…
- I will always put you first. If you don’t want to show your kids’ faces online and want me to remove the clause in the contract about permission to post… done!
- To me, it’s not just a photoshoot. It’s memories being made and memories you will look back on for years and years to come, memories that you will frame, share, and cherish forever. I want it to be as fun, relaxed, comfortable as possible.
- I always ask if there’s anything else we need to get a shot of at the end to make sure I covered everything.
- I prioritize good and clear communication. I always make sure we are on the same page prior to the shoot and have all the details lined out and send reminders leading up to the session.
- My turn-around times are quick. I invest a lot of the money I make back into my business so I can have the best technology to provide the best service. And I prioritize quick edits and get you your gallery as soon as I can!
- I don’t post before my clients do on important things like engagements, pregnancy announcements, etc. and ask for permission before posting kids/families.
- I treat each photoshoot as a unique piece of art. Because each of my subjects are different! You all tell different stories and so should the photos. While I prioritize preparation for each photoshoot with an outline/flow of poses/prompts to keep our time moving efficiently, I also leave room for creative ideas that pop into my brain for the specific moment. I don’t simply copy exact poses. I am always trying new things so no two sessions are alike.
- I feel it’s criminal to let good photos go to waste. If it’s a good, unique angle- I’m editing and sending it to you! Not just keeping track of the number of promised photos- which means a lot of times I’m giving way over the minimum amount of photos for no extra cost. A lot more work for me, but I do it bc I truly care about capturing and sharing every good moment.
Hopefully this helps to justify that my packages are more than just minimums promised. It’s relationships, details, and full galleries capturing each important and fleeting moment. 😊❣️💫
