They used their offsite to their advantage.

We updated their headshots to feel more approachable and flattering, and captured their team actually working together in real time.

The thing about being a creative, that also makes a living out of being creative, is that the pressure builds. You stop creating to create, and create for others.
And, that's okay.
But, it's also important to take time to create for yourself too.
To get the vision out of your head.
To learn, step back, notice, engage, exist without the pressure.
To connect with others.

My time spent with was all of this, and I can't wait to dive into the video and photos created.

This year alone, I have had a surprising number of smart companies reach out for onsite headshots, brand development days, and retreat coverage.

Almost all of them said some version of the same thing.

“We already have the team together. We want this to feel easy and actually useful.”

That is exactly why onsite headshots and brand forward coverage work so well for businesses. When teams are already in the same space doing meaningful work together, the visuals naturally feel more relaxed, more human, and more aligned with how the company actually operates.

What I am seeing more of this year is companies thinking beyond “we need updated headshots” and instead asking how their images will support their website, hiring, internal culture, and future marketing.

That prep is what separates content that actually gets used from content that just sits in a folder. And that’s pretty important when considering your ROI, yeah?

Happy Birthday to Alissa Cordoba Photography!

I can't believe it's already been thirteen years of photographing people who care deeply about what they do, and building a business rooted in purpose, creativity, and connection.

This started with a camera and a spark of passion right out of college—and it’s grown into a career I couldn’t have even imagined for myself.

One that’s allowed me to support my family, be present with my kids, and connect with the most amazing people.

This business was built from scratch. Late nights, early mornings, and lots of trial and error. And if you’re a business owner, I know you get it. It’s not always easy, but it’s so, so worth it!

To the clients who’ve trusted me with your brands and stories—thank you.
To the people who’ve referred me, encouraged me, worked alongside me, or believed in what I’m building—I wouldn’t be here without you.
