As a wife and mother of two, I am convinced that motherhood is sacred and holy work. After the birth of my first I became devoted to the idea of empowerment through the defining moments of motherhood - pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and even the monotony of daily family life. The feeling only grew as our family grew through two miscarriages then the birth of our second. My dream is to capture your real, raw, and beautiful family memories as a testament to your courage and unconditional love.

The dog barking, the toddler melting down in the background, the burp cloth you forgot was on your shoulder… yeah, I’ve been there. So please, please, please don’t spend a single second of our session apologizing for any of it.

I’m a mom of three, so I’m not showing up to your session with unrealistic expectations. I’m showing up ready for real life, because that’s what I actually love to photograph.

The chaos isn’t in the way of the perfect shot. It is almost always the piece that fills your gallery with heart and joy!

Those squishy cheeks were literally made for golden hour! This family was pure magic! And that baby’s smile? Absolutely illegal! Days like this remind me I have the best job in the world.

Spring in Texas is unreal for photos. The heat hasn’t set in yet and the sun hangs around until almost 8pm, which means we get that long, dreamy golden hour.

Some sessions we plan for months in advance… and then there are ones like these that come together last minute. And yet, somehow they feel like they were always meant to happen. 🫶🏼

This sweet family invited me into their light soaked home and it was everything soft and sweet. Big sister was settled into her role fully and joyfully. She was so proud of her little baby.

Their home was warm and bright and full of that beautiful chaos that only exists in those first few days. You could feel the way life had already shifted and everyone was leaning into together.

This is what I do. Not perfect setups. Not even flawless moments. Just real families, real light, and all the joy spilling over the edges of these sweet seasons.
