May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and honestly… 20-year-old me would’ve never imagined making a post like this.

Looking back at these photos, you probably just see a loud kid with a big smile. But even back then, my mind was loud too.

The overthinking.
The exhaustion.
The sleepless nights.
The voices telling you you’re not enough.

I get it more than you know.

I’ve had my own moments where I didn’t think I’d make it through.

And I’m still here.

Not because everything got easy, but because it slowly got lighter with time.

Don’t get me wrong, I still struggle. It doesn’t disappear, and there are still hard days. But it does get better, little by little.

If your mind has been loud lately, please know you’re not alone in it.

You are not a burden. You are loved. And you’re worth staying here for, even if it doesn’t feel like it right now. 🤍
