The Bearkats are getting a serious upgrade this year. 🏈
I had the privilege of taking a private tour of the new Elliott T. Bowers Stadium with the Walker County EDC and SHSU today. As a Huntsville business owner, seeing this kind of development in our own backyard is incredibly inspiring. The design and finishing touches look amazing. I can’t wait to see this place packed on game day. 📸🔥

NP Productions is expanding and looking for a reliable freelance video editor to join the team on a per project basis. We produce corporate event media, commercial branding, and narrative documentary films across the Huntsville and Houston areas.

As production volume grows, we are looking for a dedicated editing partner who can balance polished commercial deliverables with deeper, story driven documentary edits.

Technical Requirements:
-Expert proficiency in DaVinci Resolve Studio.
-Experience color grading 10 bit Sony S Log3 footage with clean node structures.
-Comfortable syncing multicam sequences and 32 bit float audio from external recorders.
-Capable of managing remote proxy workflows seamlessly.

The Ideal Candidate:
-Communicates Proactively: You provide updates, ask questions when needed, and never go silent.
-Understands Pacing: You know when a corporate reel needs high energy cuts and when a documentary scene needs room to breathe.
-Respects Deadlines: Reliability is our top priority.

The dudes first day of school! They’ve grown so much over the summer and it kiillllllssss a piece of my heart.lol I just love how they love each other. “Three besss fwiends daddy, we all besss fwiends.”😩🤝 The kiddos were so excited about their new school clothes thanks to Andrea Kizzie for going shopping for us!!❤️ WayWay was proud to show how high he could jump and fast he could run in his new shoes. Izzy felt so pretty and cool in her new dress, not that you can’t tell…. 😂 Anyway, hope all of your babies have the best day, make all of the friends and have the nicest teachers the world could ever ask for!

I had the opportunity to sit down with Stephanie Smith to talk about coming on board as a founding member and as their official media production partner. The goal is simple, show our hometown and county in the light it deserves through the appropriate lens.

Life update on a dude with a camera! My son and daughter are doubling in size overnight and honestly, it’s a little soul-crushing. 😫 On the flip side, NP Event Foto and Down for Smiles are going great, and our commercial clients are ecstatic working with our team. Thoroughly loving working with Center for Community Engagement - SHSU and having the opportunity to mentor the upcoming generation of professionals. Our multi-day production and partnership with the Walker County EDC is going fantastic too. There is still a lot of work left to do, but it’s turning around on time which I’m beyond happy about.

I’m very much appreciative of everything in life right now. Taking the time, daily, to accept things for what they are is proving to be incredibly peaceful. We’ve got some really cool stuff coming out of the studio, so keep your eyes peeled folks! 🤗📸
