We woke up at 5am with bags and gear packed from the night before. Loaded our gear, snugged up in as many jackets as we had and headed towards the mountains. Our goal was to find the sunlight to predict lighting/shadowing and the perfectly framed place for an interview. After hours of searching, we found the spot and right before JeffandJanice Lee and .jj.3 arrived! I’m beyond excited to share Jaiden’s powerful interview and personal testimony. One of the most kind families I’ve met. I’m honored that they shared their home with us. From the moment we met, it was open arms. Jaiden is such a beaming light. One of those souls that genuinely cares and for nothing in return. I find myself humbled at times when meeting folks with the purest hearts like this family. Ive always wanted to capture a photo that I was so deeply connected to, its depth would grow with me. Mature overtime and indicative of its journey traveled. Y’know, originally, I captured this photo of Izzy to take an artistic, definitive stance against bullying and my deepest disdain for all forms of it. Over the last five or so years, I’ve come to learn discernment and what’s not sent of God to not receive it (double negative?🤔). Also, there are far more people you can call on than you would’ve ever thought. You’re not alone, just in isolation to prepare you for the overwhelming blessings that are to come. I’m grateful and blessed beyond measure for this babygirl and my WayWay. Through everything, their hearts remain pure. I suppose we’re growing together…
