Lowe Photography is searching for a Customer Service Representative to Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times, Respond promptly to customer inquiries, Know our products inside and out so that you can answer questions, Acknowledge nd resolve customer complaints, Manage a team of junior customer service representatives, Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support - start asap.

The person must be team-oriented, customer-focused and possess exceptional communication and documentation skills.
Client communication is primarily online, Direct team member communication, training & support online.
• 8 hours daily ( 8:am to 4pm ).
