Often times the best portraits don’t come from posed smiles or perfect timing.
They come from a look. A feeling. A moment that can stop you for just half of a second & make you feel something!

That’s what photography is really about to me. Whether it’s wildlife, weddings, seniors, family sessions, or any season of life in between…the goal is always the same: capturing personality in a way that lasts, in a low-stress environment where real moments can naturally unfold.

Kansas does not even play when it comes to a parade & our experience at Cinco De Mayo - Lyons Ks was no exception 🔥🎉

Huge, decked-out micheladas, food you could smell from down the block, vibrant music, high school spirit, community pride, kids running wild, and dancers absolutely owning the day in their colorful (and admittedly HEAVY) costumes.

For us, the snakes were a whole moment too! So fun to watch 👀🐍.
