Ive gotten a few messages about Christmas shoots so I’ll make a post instead of waiting for yall to message me 🤍 I WILL be doing Christmas sessions again this year! However I am not doing my own set ups for micro minis. My full time job is a little more pressing now and I no longer have a day during the week to plan/set up like I have previous years. This year I plan on booking The Glasshouse on Townes and Glass Studio for Christmas sessions, these ladies do all of the beautiful, hard work for us! With that being said, Christmas photos with me this year will be $100 sessions, I will not be offering my $50 micro’s like previous years! I’ll likely be planning and posting dates for yall in October!

Yall I LOVE when I’m setting up a shoot with a client and they tell me they have an important piece of their family or a tradition to include. Instant excitement every single time! How cool is it that sweet Alex AND his big brother AJ have the same post 1st birthday smash cake clean up photos in the same wash tub their great grandparents used. It’s going to take ALOT to top this one 🤍

My favorite sessions, the ones at home with boys being boys & the dogs all in the way. Right in granny’s front yard with story filled heirloom quilts and rocking chairs 🤍 your photos do NOT have to be perfectly planned with a particular location and fancy outfits. Call me, I’ll meet you at your front door where your kiddos can be wild and your family can be comfortable. In fact, I prefer it! 📸

Moving forward, I’m going to be extremely selective about who I book with. By now, most people know I’m not in this for popularity or the money. Photography has always been an outlet for me. It keeps me busy, gives me something to look forward to, and allows me to create something that makes other people happy while also bringing me happiness.If you’ve followed my page for a while, you’ve probably noticed I’m much more active during the winter months. That’s because winter is personally the hardest season for me, and staying busy helps me through it. Because of that, this will always be a hobby not my livelihood. And no hobby is worth risking everything else I’ve worked so hard to build. Over the last month alone, I’ve had well over 15 inquiries that all ended the same way. As soon as the conversation turned into requests for my email address, phone number, verification codes, confirmation links, or anything similar, I politely ended the conversation and encouraged them to find another photographer. So moving forward, I will only be responding to photography inquiries if I know who referred you or I can trace you back to an ISO post where I was tagged. If I can’t verify where you came from, I simply won’t be responding. I work a full-time career (and then some), and I spend most weekends pouring my heart into this hobby. Respectfully, I don’t have the time or energy to play detective or vet every social media profile to determine whether an inquiry is genuine. Thank you to everyone who has supported me, trusted me, referred me, and made this hobby so rewarding. I appreciate you more than you know.

She has fallen on hard times due to some personal issues piled on with a near impossible economy to live in especially for someone whose primary income is photography.
