Let’s chat about engagement photos! I include a complementary engagement session in all of my wedding collections. Honestly, it is the perfect way to get comfy in front of the camera before your wedding day and to get a feel for how your Photographer will be photographing you.

My goal for engagement sessions is to make them as easy-going and seamless as possible. Consider yourself on a date and I’m just snapping fun photos for you! That’s why I always recommend choosing locations that feel true to you as a couple. The more comfortable, you are at a location the better your photos are going to turn out. I try my best to bring the same energy to your wedding day. Your wedding day is not about a photo shoot. It is about being present and allowing me to document it as it plays out. Of course, I will give direction when needed or help make sure everything stays on schedule, but ultimately the day should be spent living in the moment.

Best decision ever. 🪨☀️ Weldon Spring Conservation Area is one of St. Louis’s best kept secrets for engagement photos — it has absolutely no business being this dreamy, and yet here we are. Bright blue skies, warm sunshine, and these two just lit up against those rocks. I am so obsessed with everything about this session.

This wedding day meant so much to me to capture! I began taking photos for this couple when they found out they were pregnant with their son. Since then, I’ve watched their family grow and flourish, and I’ve gotten to capture so many seasons of their lives. It was so beautiful getting to capture their family on their wedding day. Seeing how they incorporated their children into the day was so special.
