Hey friends! Small announcement here. In addition to photography, I am now also a Faster Way to Fat Loss Certified Coach. I have always been health/fitness minded. I am one of those weirdos that actually enjoys working out and sweating. For the longest time I just tried to out exercise my poor nutrition. As I’ve gotten older (wiser?) I’ve come to realize that food is medicine and the way that I feel is directly related to the sort of stuff I’m putting into my body.
Last January I was tired, overweight and irritated with how exhausted I was all the time and constantly thought “I’m much too young to feel this old.” I decided that I wanted to be a better version of myself for my family and I wanted to set a good example for my kids to understand the importance of taking care of their body and making good choices. I went through a 6 week round of the Faster Way to Fat Loss and it transformed my way of thinking, my way of eating, my way of exercising and it also changed my physical appearance. As people would ask what I was doing to lose weight I found that I got excited when I had the opportunity to share a little bit about my journey with the Faster Way.
💪🏼So what does that mean? The FWTFL is a nutrition and exercise program that brings together intermittent fasting, carb cycling, exercise, macro counting and whole food nutrition. If any of that is of interest to you but all of it sounds way over your head or super intimidating? That’s where I come in, to be your coach and help guide you through the process to learn the tools to change how you look and how you feel. I’ll be launching my first round soon (this does not mean I’m going to start blowing you up with all the sales tricks.) I’m simply going to share my journey and offer you some useful information along the way. If ever you decide you wanna join, bring it on!!!
