With this being an unbelievably warm spring-like day, it reminds me of 2 things...
First, just 3 weeks ago, I was photographing a senior the day after a beautiful snowfall. Her images came out beautiful, and though it was a late entry for the yearbook, the staff at her school were very accomodating.

Second, although I know today's weather is only a tease, it's a reminder that juniors should be thinking of their senior portraits. Warm weather is only a few months away. Where would you like your senior portraits taken?

I'm taking session retainers to hold your senior portrait date. Please contact me so we can start planning how you want your image to be remembered in your 2027 senior yearbook! My prices are reasonable, I'm fun to work with and I LOVE what I do!

A young veterinary professional learned of her own pet's illness. His prognosis gave her reason to want images taken. Not sad images, but one's that told the story of a day in the life of the mighty Rocco. An island dog who adapted to New England weather by exploring the roads less traveled with his incredible sniffer and a steadfast devotion to his loving family.

As the session began it was all about this sweet pup with his beautiful floppy ears and button eyes. It was important to Rocco's mom that I created family images. It was important to me to give them a lasting memory that isn't sad.

It's a day in the life of Rocco, who will always be loved and the center of their lives.

Yesterday I had the honor of photographing a We Honor Veterans recognition ceremony. The Veteran this was held for shared his limelight with 3 other family members. Each served in a different branch of the military. Two of them still fit into their uniform!

Each time I photograph one of these ceremonies I feel privileged to document a piece of a Veteran's life that may have not been acknowledged and properly thanked when they returned home.

I was a little misty eyed witnessing this ceremony.
