Took a class at from and learned how to make this. In the process realized so much of yourself is mirrored into the process of making something. Based on this experience now recognize I have been too much in my head and waiting too long to try and get things too perfect. It happened multiple times while making this and I lost my heat before I could strike my ideas into the metal. Have a plan before pulling the steel out of the fire and believe in it. Execute and get the iron back in the heat so you can get the heat up faster (less time needed to reheat). Looking forward to the other lessons as I remake this knife over and over. Can’t wait.
