The moment I first laid eyes on a Great Horned Owl in the wild was something I’ll never forget. I’ve spent several months searching and hoping for this opportunity, and when it finally happened, it was worth every second of the wait. Watching this powerful owl up close, completely locked into its world, was an incredible experience on its own. But being able to tell that story through my lens made it even more meaningful. Nature always has a way of reminding me why I fell in love with photography in the first place.

Sometimes Friendship becomes more of a Family. I had a great time yesterday with Tim, Lindsay and their 3 young men. Tim and I go back right at 30 years and we've been solid every since. Thank y'all for your continued support. Love Y'all!

There’s something unforgettable about hearing barred owls call through the woods and then witnessing one pause long enough to tell its story. Watching this incredible owl communicate with others nearby was a powerful reminder that the forest is always alive with conversations we rarely get to witness.
